We are a member of the National Spiritualist Association of Churches
The Rev. Marguerite Gutt was raised as a Spiritualist, and began by attending Lyceum (Sunday School) at the First Spiritual Temple of Royal Oak. Through the years she has also held various offices on the Board of Directors.
Rev. Gutt was ordained in 1999 by the National Spiritualist Association of Churches (NSAC), and became Pastor of the First Spiritual Temple of Royal Oak in 2001.
In addition, she holds the degree of National Spiritualist Teacher (NST).
In 2006 she was awarded the "Spiritualist of the Year" from the Michigan State Spiritualist Association of Churches.
Rev. Gutt is a member of the National Spiritualist Teacher's Club, the NSAC Ministerial Association, and the Royal Oak Pastor's Association. She is also the Secretary for the Morris Pratt Institute (MPI), which is the educational arm of the NSAC.
She has been privileged to speak at the following NSAC National Conventions: 2000 (Vermont, Connecticut), 2004 (Long Island, New York), and 2009 (Houston, Texas).
